  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the package.

  • Wait for your return request to be approved.

  • Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
  • Once the goods have been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 days using the same payment method.

  • Used, washed, altered or tagless items cannot be refunded.

Can I change an item bought online in your stores?
Yes, you can, but only with prior permission.

How the change works:

  • You can exchange the item purchased online for another item of equal or greater value. Exchanges cannot be made for items of lesser value.

  • The exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.

  • Bring your name, surname and order number with you to facilitate the process.

  • Products must be undamaged and with original tags.

In this way you can conveniently exchange your online purchases directly in our Stores, without any hassle, meeting the above conditions.

 


 

IN-STORE CHANGES

Can I change an item bought directly in the store?
Yes. Here's how it works:

General conditions:

The exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be undamaged, with original tag and receipt.

The new item must have equal or greater value than the one you return. Exchanges to lower value items are not allowed.

Merchandise on sale:

It can only be exchanged for other balance goods of equal or greater value.

There are no refunds.

Black Friday merchandise:

It can only be exchanged for other balance goods of the same or higher amount.

The change must take place by the end of the promotion (Nov. 30).

There are no refunds.

In this way, you will be able to change your in-store purchases quickly and easily, meeting the above conditions.
